Your Privacy Rights (US)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under US state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), and Washington's My Health My Data Act.
What you can ask us to do
- Access — get a copy of personal information we hold about you.
- Delete — ask us to delete personal information we hold about you.
- Correct — ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information (we don't sell or share, but we honor the request).
- Appeal — if we deny a request, ask us to reconsider.

Use our intake form. Provide the email address you used to join the waitlist so we can verify your identity. We will respond within 45 days. If we need an extension, we will tell you within that window.

Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for written authorization and verify your identity directly.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service for exercising your privacy rights.
