Privacy Policy

Cherry Club operates joincherryclub.com from the United States and serves visitors in the United States. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Waitlist data is not Protected Health Information (PHI). Cherry Club is not currently a HIPAA-covered entity. When clinical services launch we will publish a separate Notice of Privacy Practices and treat patient data under HIPAA.

What we collect

Waitlist signup: email, name, city, optional “why you're joining” story.
Support requests: the message you send us and the email you send it from.
Cherry Catch game: your in-browser high score (stored locally on your device).
Cookies & analytics: essential cookies always; analytics cookies only with your consent.

How we use it

To send launch and waitlist updates you asked for.
To respond to support requests.
To measure aggregate site performance (only with your consent).
To prevent abuse and fraud.

Who we share with

We share data only with vendors who help us run the Site, under contract, and only for the purposes above:

Lovable Cloud — application hosting and database.
Email delivery provider — to send transactional and waitlist email.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Info.

Retention

Waitlist records are kept until you ask us to delete them or until 24 months after launch, whichever comes first. Support requests are kept for 24 months. Analytics events are aggregated and retained for 14 months.

Your rights

US residents have rights under their state's privacy law (CA, VA, CO, CT, UT, TX, WA, and others) to access, delete, correct, or limit the use of their personal information. See Your Privacy Rights (US) for a single intake form.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, encryption at rest, row-level access controls). No system is perfectly secure; we recommend using a strong, unique email password.

Children

Cherry Club is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us via /support.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected by the “Updated” date above.
