What is protected

What is not allowed

• Using Cherry Club marks on apparel, merchandise, or packaging without written permission.
• Impersonating Cherry Club on social media, email, or in person.
• Selling products that suggest Cherry Club endorsement when there is none.
• Republishing manifesto or editorial content beyond brief, attributed fair-use quotation.
