Medical Disclaimer
Updated May 16, 2026
Cherry Club publishes editorial content, a manifesto, FAQs, and a small waiting-room game. None of this is medical advice. The Site is for educational and cultural purposes only.
No doctor-patient relationship
Reading Cherry Club, joining the waitlist, contacting support, or receiving launch emails does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Cherry Club, its contributors, or any clinician associated with the brand. We are not providing personalized medical advice through this Site.
Always consult your own physician
Decisions about your health, medications, diet, exercise, and screening should be made with a qualified clinician who knows your history. Do not delay seeking professional advice or disregard advice you have received because of something you read on Cherry Club.
Emergencies
If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Cherry Club is not an emergency service. Do not use this Site, the contact form, or any Cherry Club channel to request emergency care.
When clinical services launch
If and when Cherry Club begins offering clinical services in a given US state, those services will be governed by a separate clinical agreement and a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Nothing on the current pre-launch Site is part of that future clinical service.

This page is a Cherry Club pre-launch draft and will be reviewed by US counsel before public launch.
